垂直高樓並非是高密度區域唯一的解決方案，這個提案試圖重新詮釋摩天大樓。網狀超高層的概念基於社區人們對於社區鄰里以及對家的的渴望，系統不只提供了必要的路徑通往社區，也給予了避難疏散系統。高層構造物應當被更細膩的由居民的需求定義，這是一個減輕高密度人口的一個系統，並非一昧的建造超出人類尺度的巨大構造。

High- rise structure is not the only one for solving high density region, proposal tries to recast the term of skyscraper. The concept for Net- Scraper is based on the desire to allow people to remain in their community as close to their homes as possible. This system would not only allow residents to remain routine life in their community, but also to provide an egress system. The programs of high- rise structure should be refined by citizen’s requirements. It’s a relief process in high density region. Trying to avoid the mega structure that out of human scale.
