慢性病病患在病房內通常處在悲傷與沮喪的情緒中，健康的生活作息已被抽離，這樣的結果造成了他們的自信心被擊潰。在我的成長經驗，醫院內病房的氣氛始終令我恐懼，周圍永遠是冰冷的牆。在這個作品裡，我的提問有幾點: 這些病人休閒時都做些甚麼? 我如何透過空間建立信心幫助她們融入健康的社會?有那些事務對他們是相對有價值的?基於此提問，此作品反映出，病人其實很需要的是陪伴，陪伴的過程需有一定的交誼空間不論是提供給病人本身或是家屬。

Chronic disease patients who live in wards often upset or depress. The lifestyle has been taken from healthy life.As a result, their confidence have been crashed. In my experience, the atmosphere of the hospital or clinics always frightened me. It's always serious and cold walls in every corners. In this project, I have several considerations about: what do these patients do in leisure time? How do I build up their confidence in healthy society? What are the desirable or valuable things for them? Base on the questions, what patients need might by accompanying, and the communal spaces are the space to support this activity for both patients or relatives.
