主要的建築物是商業辦公樓，建築主體回應深圳在地炎熱多雨的氣候。每一棟建築皆有一環湖面讓使用者可以由辦公空間出走，走進公園，走近水面。基於此，室內盡量採用自然的建材，石材，木材為主的基調。而色調上也盡能夠的保留其暖色調，避免傳統辦公室冰冷的空間感。

The program of this facility is office campus. The main building reflects the warm, rainy climate in Shenzheng. Each building has at least one side face the lake and people could access to the park, water front directly. Base on this condition, interior material consist of natural stone and wood. Furthermore, in order to avoid the traditional cold office atmosphere, the warm tone colors are also kept.
