本住宅案是位於台灣陽明山的住宅，原建築結構體已老舊。基於不進行大動作施工的前提下，設計策略是盡可能地提供"緩衝空間": 休息平台，陽台，遮蔽屋簷，第一確保其私密性，也能最大程度的享有開窗通風，這對節能來說格外重要。最後立面採用了不超過四種材料來表達：耐候漆，石材，合成木材，使其整體語彙簡潔。

This house deign is located at Yangming mountain in Taiwan. The original building is already old. Based on the minimum construction process, design strategies tries to provide "buffer zones" : terraces, balconies, eaves. It not only makes sure the privacy could be kept, but also maximum the percentage of openings which is crucial for energy saving. Finally, in order to guarantee the simplicity of the overall appearance, there are no more than 4 materials for facade language: durable painting, stone tile, synthetic wood.
