Shaped like a cocoon, it is longitudinally cut into 72 slices. Parametric tools are used to generate corresponding data maps for communication with the factory.

內部造型掌控避免支撐元件露出
The internal shape is controlled to prevent the support components from being exposed.
含損料, 總共 運用了313片, 1200x2400mm標準木夾板
Including the material waste, a total of 313 standard 1200x2400mm plywood sheets were used.
每一個斷面顯示了前後側板的結構點位, 以避開螺絲位置重疊的情形, 同時也顯示刻度表方便施工方定位
Each cross-section shows the structural points of the front and back side panels, which prevents the screw positions from overlapping. It also displays a ruler for easy positioning by the concrator.
