基地位於台北市內湖區, 面積345㎡, 建蔽35%, 容積120%。周邊環境保留大量的原始林, 近乎無視線遮蔽的優美環境, 本案設計採"錯位"的概念, 建築與人的視野在動線過程不停轉換, 期待石牆與開口語彙與周邊原始林創造一種動態的互動關係, 在三種天然石材錯落配置與大開窗的變化下, 在城市內創造一種既穩重又活潑的兩種矛盾狀態並存, 也反映客戶重視隱私又期待有大開窗視野的兩種狀態的體現。Neihu House- Shifting
Located in Taipei's Neihu District, the site area is 345 ㎡ with a 35% building coverage ratio and a 120% floor area ratio.
The surrounding environment is rich with preserved primeval forest, offers stunning, unobstructed views. The design concept for this project is based on "Shifting", where the perspective of the building and the user continuously shifts along the circulation.
The goal is to create a dynamic interplay between the stone walls, architectural openings, and the surrounding forest. The use of three types of natural stone in a staggered arrangement, combined with large windows, aims to manifest a coexistence of stability and vibrancy within an urban setting. This also reflects the client's dual desires for both privacy and expansive views.
外立面採用四種不同色系人造石,相互搭配錯位
The façade utilizes four different color schemes of artificial stone, arranged in an interlocking and staggered pattern.
自然色系,視覺上降低對環境的衝擊, 也保有細膩質感
The natural color palette visually reduces the impact on the environment while maintaining a delicate texture/quality.

入口經過花園引導至大門
The entrance is guided through a garden to the main door.
夜間燈光強化材料本身特性
Nighttime lighting enhances the inherent properties of the material.

Four stories above ground and one basement level.
周圍留設大量的綠化區域, 由綠意環繞的住家
Large green spaces are reserved surrounding the perimeter, creating a residence encircled by greenery.
