基地位於台南副都心,總樓地板面積為44000平方公尺,外立面設計來自樹林光束的印象為出發點, 創造每間每戶皆有自己獨特的光影效果,室內設計也延續自然素材為基調, 透過幾何的設計語彙,讓視覺上更為柔和。

The site is located in the Tainan secondary urban center, with total floor area of 44,000sqm. The exterior design is inspired by the imagery of beams of light filtering through a forest, creating a unique play of light and shadow for each unit. The interior design continues the natural theme, using organic materials and geometric design language to achieve a softer visual effect.
